Case Change Wish List

With December case changes coming up, what are some things you think would make this case work better / make it more balanced?

Weber. That is all.

I think beefing up Vaughn would be cool, as well as giving prosecution incentive to call Weber without making Syed absolutely useless.

I would love to see:
- emails between Sutcliffe and Kingston
- more evidence from inside the bar on the night of the 31st (maybe someone saw DS pouring something but they aren't sure what it was, maybe someone saw a lighter, etc)
- I want Khan to come to a firmer conclusion. Literally anything is fine so long as it beats weird Kane Software and Richards vs. Mississippi BBQ objections.
- a fix to the Vaughn inconsistency where he says he remembers everything but also nothing. Vaughn could also be strengthened if Jelani's conclusions abt him were more favorable
- changes to Silva that create more doubt about how and why Jaylen died
- evidence to suggest that nearby buildings were at risk of burning. This probably means lines added to Weber, Silva, and/or Rodrigo
