Trial by Combat 2022

On behalf of Drexel Kline School of Law and UCLA School of Law, we are excited to open applications for Trial by Combat 2022. Click here to apply.
This is the college mock trial 1-on-1 national championship. You can read about the competition format on the Drexel or UCLA websites.
Our hope and plan is that the tournament will be in person -- either in L.A. or Philadelphia. That will depend on public health, university regulations, and other factors you'd expect. The application allows you to indicate if you're applying regardless of location/format, or if your app is limited to L.A., Philly, or Zoom.
Admissions are rolling. We will make offers for some of the 16 spots before NCT and then complete the field within the two weeks after NCT.

If you would like to be considered, we recommend applying no later than Wednesday. Click here to apply. We expect to make offers this week, finalize the field of 16 by next weekend, and announce a location by the end of the month.
